Investment breakdown

Initial investment incl. fees—
Net sale proceeds—
Remaining market value—
Dividends received—
Cost basis of remaining shares—
Break-even price / remaining share*—
Total P&L after estimated gains tax—

*Break-even price includes historical net sale proceeds and dividends. It can be negative when earlier proceeds already exceed the initial investment; in that case, the investment is already ahead overall, even if remaining shares become worthless.

How this works

Realized P&L = net sale proceeds − allocated cost basis of shares sold. Unrealized P&L = remaining market value − remaining cost basis. Total P&L = realized + unrealized + dividends. The percentage shown is total P&L divided by initial investment (not annualized).

Assumes a single purchase lot, a single sale, and no stock splits, dividend reinvestment, short selling, or currency conversion. Tax treatment depends on holding period, jurisdiction, account type, and individual circumstances. Dividend taxes are excluded. Not financial or tax advice.
